Param Sundari Day 1 Box Office: Sidharth & Janhvi's Film Opens to a Decent Start

Anyway, from what I could gather from all the news and stuff, the movie had a... well, a decent start. Not, like, a super-duper amazing start, but not a total flop either. It's kinda in the middle, you know? Like when you order a chai and it's not too sweet and not too bland. Just right. Or... well, I guess not just right. It's somewhere in the middle.

So, get this, the movie apparently made around ₹7.25 crore on its first day. Yeah, I know, it's not the ₹20-something crore that Saiyaara made a while ago, but still, it's not bad. Especially since it didn't have any major competition. I mean, War 2 is still in theaters, but that's been out for a while, so it's not really a fresh fight, if you know what I mean.

The trade analysts, those super smart people who know everything about movies, are saying the occupancy was, like, 12.92% on average. That's kinda low, right? But it did get better as the day went on. Morning shows were at, like, 8.19%, and by the night, it was almost 20%! So, people went to see it after work and all that. It's a weekend, after all! Gotta relax with a nice rom-com.

I guess the reviews were a bit mixed. Some people really liked it, saying it was a fun, light-hearted movie. And the songs? Oh my god, the songs are so good. I've been humming "Pardesiya" all day. But then some critics were, like, "meh." They said the chemistry between Sidharth and Janhvi wasn't that great. I don't know, I think they look so cute together! Maybe I'm just a hopeless romantic.
