A 'Baaghi' Weekend? Baaghi 4's Day 2 Box Office Sees a Drop!

Ugh, you know, I just checked the news, and it seems like Baaghi 4 isn't doing as well as everyone thought it would. It’s kinda a bummer, right? I mean, Tiger Shroff, the guy's an action machine, but maybe this one just isn't hitting the spot.

So, here's the deal on its Day 2 box office. On Saturday, the film pulled in an estimated ₹9 crore net in India. That's a pretty big drop from its opening day, which was around ₹12 crore. It seems the Ganpati Visarjan festivities and some pretty stiff competition from that new Hollywood horror flick, The Conjuring: Last Rites, really put a dent in its collections. It's funny, you'd think an action film would be a sure-fire hit, but nope.

Anyway, after two days, the total domestic collection for Baaghi 4 is around ₹21 crore. I saw some articles saying it’s just a little bit away from surpassing Heropanti, Tiger's first movie, which is, like, so poetic.

Now for the worldwide numbers. The film made about ₹3 crore from overseas markets. So, if you add that to the Indian gross collection (which is around ₹14.15 crore for Day 1 and probably a bit less on Day 2), the total worldwide haul after two days is roughly ₹24 crore. It's not a disaster, but it's not the blockbuster everyone was hoping for. The producers, Nadiadwala Grandson Entertainment, had even tried to offer a 50% discount on tickets, which just goes to show they were getting worried. Hope it picks up on Sunday!
