Alright, so you wanna know about the box office for The Conjuring: Last Rites on its seventh day? Oh man, let me tell you, it's a wild ride. Like, I think I saw it last night and I am still spooked. My popcorn went flying everywhere. Anyway, here's the lowdown, but you gotta promise not to tell my boss I'm using "wild ride" in my report.

India Box Office Collection (Day 7)
Okay, so get this. On Day 7, which was a Thursday, the movie didn't make as much as it did on the weekend, obviously. But still, it pulled in about Rs 3 crore net. That's a good number, right? I mean, who goes to a horror movie on a weekday unless they're super brave? This brings its total for the first week to a whopping Rs 67.19 crore. Seriously, that's a lot of money. It's now like, one of the top Hollywood movies in India this year. I think it beat out some other movies like that new Mission Impossible one with Tom Cruise. He’s pretty cool, but he doesn't have ghosts, ya know?
US Box Office Collection (Day 7)
Okay, so the US numbers are a little tricky because they do things in dollars, not rupees, and I always get those mixed up. But as of Wednesday, which was Day 6, the movie had already passed the $100 million mark in the US. I think it's still doing great, because everyone loves a good scare. On Wednesday alone, it made like, a good $4.35 million. And get this, its opening weekend was like, the third biggest horror movie opening ever. Can you believe it? So yeah, it's doing super well. It's probably going to make a ton more this weekend, too.
Worldwide Box Office Collection (Day 7)
This is where it gets really crazy. The worldwide total is just nuts. By Day 6 (Wednesday), the film's global total was already at an estimated $243.6 million. Yeah, you read that right. So by the end of its first week, it's definitely over a quarter of a billion dollars. That's, like, more money than I'll ever see in my entire life, even if I work really hard. The movie's budget was only $55 million, so it's already made its money back and then some. Like, way, way, way more. It's a huge success, and it's all because of Patrick Wilson and Vera Farmiga being so good at fighting ghosts. I love them. They're my faves. And they're married in real life, right? Or is that just the movies? I'm not sure. But either way, they are great.
