You Won't Believe How Much 'Param Sundari' Made on Day 9!

So, for Day 9, which would have been the second Saturday for "Param Sundari" (since it came out on August 29th, so Day 9 is September 6th), the collection seems to be in a bit of a tricky spot. The film is facing a ton of competition from new releases like "Baaghi 4" and "The Bengal Files." You know how it is when a bunch of movies all come out at once... it's like a big party and everyone wants to talk to the new people.

Anyway, according to some of the sources I'm seeing, the film made about ₹2 crore on its Day 9. This is actually a little bit of an improvement from its Day 8 collection, which was around ₹1.75 crore. So that's good, right? It's like a tiny little comeback story, even if it's not a huge jump. It shows that people are still going to see it, which is something!

As for the total box office, the film's total domestic (India) collection is now approximately ₹43.50 crore. This is, like, a respectable number for a romantic comedy, but it's not a blockbuster.

Now, for the worldwide collection, this is where it gets even more confusing. A bunch of different sources have different numbers, but they all say the film crossed some big milestones earlier in its run. For example, on Day 5, it had already crossed the ₹50 crore mark worldwide. By the end of its first week (Day 7), the worldwide collection was around ₹62.75 crore. So, for Day 9, you'd just add the Day 8 and Day 9 collections to that number. So, the new total is probably somewhere around ₹66.5 crore give or take a few rupees. I mean, who's counting, right?

The bottom line is that the film is doing okay, not great, but not terrible either. It's holding its own against some very big competition, and that's all you can really ask for. It's a sweet little film, and it's nice to see it find its audience even with all the noise at the box office.
