Okay, so I was looking up the box office numbers for that movie, you know, the one with Kalyani Priyadarshan? Lokah: Chapter 1 - Chandra... The superhero one. It's been out for a while, and people are still talking about it. My cousin, he's, like, obsessed with these kinds of movies and he told me to check the 16th-day collection because it was a big deal.

So I went on the internet, and I swear, every website had a different number, it was so confusing! But I think I got the gist of it. It's a huge success, for a Malayalam film especially. On its 16th day, which was a Friday, it made about ₹3.85 crore. That's a pretty good number for its third week, right? Shows that people are still going to watch it. My friend said she saw it for the third time and it was still packed!

Anyway, that day's collection pushed its total earnings in India to a whopping ₹105.55 crore. I mean, that's over 100 crore! I remember hearing about the ₹100 crore club, and this movie just jumped right into it, like, boop. It's a huge deal for a movie with a woman superhero lead, and it's from Mollywood, which is awesome. The biggest chunk of the money is coming from Kerala, obviously, but apparently, it's doing well in other places too, like Chennai and Bengaluru.

They even announced that Dulquer Salmaan and Tovino Thomas are going to be in the next one! Like, they showed posters and everything. My brother was going crazy about that. It just goes to show you how much everyone loves this movie. It's not just about the money, you know? It's about the fact that they created a whole new universe from Malayalam folklore, and it's actually working. I guess it was made on a budget of like, ₹30 crore or something. I can't believe it's made so much more than that. It's a real blockbuster. I need to go watch it again this weekend, I think. I heard the VFX is even better the second time around.
