Confirmed! The Witcher Season 4 Release Date Is Coming... And It's Sooner Than You Think!

Oh man, I am so excited for this! You know, I've been checking every day, refreshing my browser like a crazy person. I'm pretty sure I saw something about it just a little bit ago. Let me think...

Okay, so I'm pretty sure the new season is coming out this year, in 2025. I was so worried it would be pushed to 2026 because of all that stuff with... you know, the main guy leaving. The one who was Superman. What was his name again? Henry... something? Yeah, Henry Cavill. He was so good! It's a real shame he's gone, but I guess Liam Hemsworth is taking over, which is... different. I mean, he's Thor's brother, right? I'm sure he'll do a great job. I just can't imagine anyone else as Geralt, you know?

Anyway, the latest news I saw, from this really reliable fan site called Redanian Intelligence, said it's coming out in October. Like, really soon! They didn't have the exact day, but they were guessing it might be on a Thursday, maybe October 30th? It makes sense because Netflix has an open spot on their schedule then. And get this, they're not doing that two-part thing anymore! All eight episodes are dropping on the same day. Thank goodness, because that split-season thing for season 3 was a nightmare. I hate waiting! I remember I had to re-watch the first part because I forgot everything that happened by the time the second part came out.

I also heard that they've been in post-production forever. They wrapped filming almost a year ago, which is wild to me. You'd think it would be out already. Maybe they're just making it extra perfect for us, or maybe they just have a lot of CGI monsters to finish up. I'm sure it's the latter.

Oh, and there's also a new Witcher book by Andrzej Sapkowski coming out in September! It's called "Crossroads of Ravens." I wonder if that will tie into the show at all. It's so much Witcher content to keep track of, my brain is going to explode. I'm just so hyped, you have no idea. Now I've just gotta figure out what I'm going to do on October 30th. It's a Thursday, so I guess I'll just have to call in sick to work and have a binge-watching day. My boss will understand, right?
