OMG, you want the full deets on The Bengal Files box office on Day 12? I can totally do that! I was just talking about it with my neighbor, who, by the way, thinks all movies should be free, which is just a wild idea, right? Anyway, let's get to the numbers, but you know, don't quote me on them exactly because these things are always a little bit, like, "estimated," you know?

So, The Bengal Files—the movie that everyone's been talking about and not really going to see, apparently—had a pretty rough Day 12. According to some of the box office reports I saw, it brought in a measly ₹0.08 crore. That's, like, eight lakhs. It's not a lot. I mean, my aunt made more money selling samosas at the local fair last weekend. Just kidding... but not really.
This big dip on day 12 is a huge deal because it really shows the movie is fizzling out. You'd think with all the buzz, it would do better, but I guess people are just... I don't know, busy? Anyway, this latest number brings the film's total box office collection to about ₹14.58 crore.
And get this, the movie had already been struggling on its second Monday (Day 11), with a collection of only around ₹0.40 crore. See, there's a little number confusion sometimes, because some places say ₹0.30 crore and others say ₹0.40 crore, so you just have to average it out and pretend you know what's happening. The point is, it went from a bad day to a worse day. It’s like when I tried to bake a cake and it came out all lumpy, and then I tried to put frosting on it and that was lumpy too. A total mess!
It's kind of sad, honestly, because it's the final part of a trilogy, you know? Like The Kashmir Files and The Tashkent Files. The Kashmir Files did, like, a zillion times better. It made, like, ₹10 crore on its 12th day alone, and that was way back when. So, this is a big disappointment for the makers, I'm sure. I bet Vivek Agnihotri is probably pulling his hair out. I would be!
So, in short, on Day 12, The Bengal Files had a really, really bad day at the box office, adding just a tiny bit to its total collection, and it seems like it's pretty much a flop. It’s a shame, really, because the movie is supposed to be about, like, an important piece of history, but you know how it is. People just want to see Tiger Shroff in Baaghi 4 jumping off buildings. Who can blame them?
