Here are 7 unique things about her.

1) She's got an interesting background. Her full name is Mia Gypsy Mello da Silva Goth, which is a mouthful. She was born in London in 1993. Her mom is Brazilian and her dad is Canadian. As a kid, she moved around a lot, even living in Brazil for a little bit. She attended nine schools in a single school year when she lived in Canada. Her maternal grandmother is actually a famous Brazilian actress, Maria Gladys, so acting runs in the family!

2) She started out modeling. Before she was an actress, Mia was a model. She was discovered at a music festival in London when she was just 14 years old! She went on to work for big brands like Miu Miu and Prada. This helped her get a foot in the door in the creative world, but she always said acting was her true passion.

3) She broke through with horror films. While she started her acting career in Lars von Trier's Nymphomaniac (which is a pretty wild movie), she really became famous for her roles in horror films. She starred in Ti West's films X and Pearl, where she played two different characters. She even co-wrote Pearl, which is pretty cool. She also was in A Cure for Wellness and Suspiria, which are also kind of spooky.

4) She's in the new Frankenstein movie. Mia Goth is in Guillermo del Toro's upcoming movie, Frankenstein. She's playing not one, but two different characters! One of them is Victor Frankenstein's love interest, which is a pretty big deal. She'll also be in the new Marvel movie, Blade, and a new Star Wars film, so she's definitely becoming a big star.

5) Her personal life is kind of a wild ride. Mia Goth has been in an on-again, off-again relationship with actor Shia LaBeouf since 2012. They even got "married" in Las Vegas in 2016 in a ceremony with an Elvis impersonator, though a city official said it wasn't a real, legal marriage. They had a daughter together in 2022. He's said that she saved his life, and they seem to have a family together now.

6) Oh yeah, let's talk about those eyebrows. They're like, a whole thing with her. You see, a lot of people think she bleaches them or shaves them or something, because they're so light they almost look like she doesn't have any. But nope, her eyebrows are just naturally that way! She's got very light, wispy, blonde brows that just blend into her skin. She said in an old interview that when she was a kid she thought they were weird, but now she's learned to love 'em and she thinks it's a part of what makes her special.

And honestly, it totally works for her. It gives her this kind of, I dunno, uncanny look? Like she's not a normal person, but an alien or a doll or something. It’s perfect for the spooky movies she's in, like Pearl and X. When she's playing a character that's a little bit off, the eyebrows just add to it. It makes her seem more mysterious and unique, which is great because she's not a normal Hollywood actress, ya know? She's got her own style and that's what makes her so cool.

7) Now, as for her Instagram... get this: she doesn't have one! Well, not a public one that we know of. It's kind of rare for a famous person now, right? I mean, everyone's on there. But not Mia Goth. You can't just go and follow her for behind-the-scenes pics of her life or what she ate for lunch. I guess she's a pretty private person, which I can respect. She's not trying to be everywhere all the time, she just wants to act in awesome movies. You can find fan accounts and stuff, but it's not the real thing. It's kinda refreshing, actually. No scrolling through her perfect vacation pictures while I'm eating cereal in my pajamas. She keeps her life and her work separate, which is a big brain move if you ask me. So yeah, no Instagram for Mia Goth, just killer movie roles and eyebrows that have their own fan club.
