Mahesh Babu’s Sweetest Birthday Tribute to Namrata Shirodkar Goes Viral as She Turns 54

It’s always so nice to see the "Prince of Tollywood" family sharing such sweet moments! So, as of today, January 22, 2026, the former Miss India and actress Namrata Shirodkar is officially 54.

Her husband, Mahesh Babu, and their two kids, Gautam and Sitara, basically took over social media to make sure she felt like the queen she is. Here is the lowdown on the birthday love:

Mahesh Babu’s Heartfelt Post

Mahesh, who is currently busy filming his massive new project Varanasi with director SS Rajamouli (and I heard Priyanka Chopra is in that too!), took a break from his schedule to post a really pretty picture of Namrata. It looked like a throwback from one of their trips to Tuscany, Italy.

He called her "NSG" (her initials) and wrote:

"Happy birthday NSG. Thank you for holding everything together with so much grace and love. Couldn't ask for more."

It's honestly so sweet how he always credits her for being the "glue" of the family while he's off doing his big movies.

The Kids’ Sweet Tributes

Their children didn’t hold back either!

Sitara Ghattamaneni: Their daughter, who is basically a social media star already, called her mom her "constant, compass, and home." She shared a really cute throwback photo of them together. 

"My constant, my compass, my home. Happy Birthday, Amma," she wrote.

Gautam Ghattamaneni: Their son, who’s getting so tall now, posted a selfie and thanked "Amma" for always guiding him. He said he loves her "more than she knows.

"Happy Birthday, Amma!! Thank you for always guiding my way and for being the best mom ever. Love you more than you know," he posted.

Even More Family Love

Namrata’s sister, Shilpa Shirodkar, also chimed in with a bunch of "then and now" photos. She used the nickname "Chintukli" for Namrata, which is just the cutest thing ever. It’s wild to think they’ve been married for over 20 years now—they actually just celebrated their 20th anniversary not too long ago (I think it was back in 2005 when they got hitched after meeting on the set of that movie Vamsi).

It definitely seems like a quiet but very loving celebration. Also, I keep forgetting she’s 54—she literally doesn’t age!
